However, we were somewhat annoyed by the various product pushes that come with it, and we’re not sure why the publisher touts it as a free program. The program also includes a Help feature, but it’s crowded by a long list of the developer’s other products. Oddly, the interface includes a mysterious Toolbox button that, when we clicked it, downloaded another program to “Find tasks according to what software you are using.” But when we clicked on a specific task, it prompted the program to download yet another program. The whole process was very annoying. Still, we were able to quickly add our files, select an output folder and format, and flip and resize our image, all by using the Output effects menu. The Converter Options menu let us configure our overwrite options in the event that a destination file already exists, such as overwriting the file or aborting the operation altogether.
